Why spend 1300.00 bucks on a miter saw? because its worth it, the festool kapex ks120 miter saw is the only variable speed twin laser miter saw on the market, whats between the laser lines cuts away, at 47 pounds with its rail forward design its the most compact saw on the market, when used with the dust extractor it is up to 90% dust free, 12" capacity cross cut 4 3/4 x 3/4 upright off the fence 6 5/8 crown in the nested position, out of a 10 1/4 saw it boasts the same capacity as most 12" sliders, most saws on the market use stamped steel flanges so run out is common, but festool machines there flanges so there's absolutely no run out for an ultra clean smooth cut.
